Depending on the sport your athlete is participating, depends on the time they will attend the training sessions. Each Head Coach will be emailing each athlete's families with the times their sport will attend the trainings. All 8th grade and 9th graders will attend the 3rd session time ONLY. If you have questions on the time your athlete is supposed to attend, please email the Head Coach.

1^st session 10^th - 12^th grade: 8 am - 9:30 am 

2^nd session 10^th - 12^th grade: 9:30 am - 11 am

3^rd session upcoming 8^th & 9^th graders: 11 am - 12:30 pm
