COVID-19 School Closure | Cheney School District
Due to the COVID-19 statewide emergency, Governor Jay Inslee provided an executive order closing all school districts statewide from Tuesday, March 17 through Friday, April 24. Cheney Public Schools will be closed from Monday, March 16 through Friday, April 24. this decision was made in order to protect the health of all citizens of Washington State.
**On April 6, 2020 Governor Jay Inslee extended the executive order closing all school districts statewide through the remainder of the school year. Students will continue distance learning through June 19, 2020.
